Delivery dates provided by the Company are estimates and not guaranteed.

The Company is not liable for delays or damages arising from transportation, except when caused by its negligence. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Product Specifications

The Company strives to ensure that product specifications and descriptions are accurate.

However, it does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on its website or marketing materials are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Quality Assurance

The Company ensures that all products conform to agreed specifications and standards.

Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damages within a reasonable period.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the products remain with the Company.

Customers shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Insurance for shipments can be arranged upon request and at the customer’s expense. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to the Company’s return policy as stated on its website or in the contract. Refunds will only be issued for products returned in accordance with the return policy.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes or government actions.
